
In most cases, your organisation should have communicated the method by which you should log in.
Go to The ControlNet homepage. On the ControlNet homepage you will see an option to log in using Single Sign On if enabled, If you do not see a Single Sign On option, skip the next step and proceed to Legacy Sign On below.
Step 1: Single Sign On
If you do see an option for Single Sign On on the ControlNet homepage, you should first attempt use this and enter your username and password assigned by your organisation. Once completed your should be able to access ControlNet. For issues with Single Sign On, please contact your internal helpdesk for further support on determining whether ControlNet is available to you.

Unfortunately the ControlNet support team can't help with single sign on issues as these will be the responsilibilty of your organisation.
Step 2: Legacy Sign On
If single sign on is not available to you or you have been told to use the legacy log option:
- Please first ensure you have registered your email address and password.
- Please also ensure that you have validated your registration by clicking the validation link sent to you upon registration.
If you have completed the above two bullet points, please enter your full external email address in the email address field and the password you chose when registering and click the green log in button:
Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the ControlNet dashboard or Controls screen.
